Kerry Propper

Mr. Propper is a strategic positioning and funding advisor. Founder and President of Windsor Capital LLC, NASD SIPC a New York based broker-dealer and Private Capital Group LLC, an investment and strategic-planning firm focused on the investment and management of seed to second stage technology firms. And is currently CEO of The Gramercy Group LLC, a broker/dealer based out of New York.

Mr. Propper is a graduate of Colby College and attended the London School of Economics.
